So out of curiosity, which personality type do you all find the hardest/easiest to get a long with?

I'm an INFJ and my girlfriend is an ISFJ and I find we get along very well. We both have a fairly firm understanding of each other and we are both sensitive to the others' feelings and needs. The only point of conflict ,as far as MBTI goes, is that she tends to think in a more concrete manner and I'm more of a "dreamer."

However, I find ISTJs hard to get along with. Mainly because I tend to find them judgmental and unbending. I also find their strict adherence to rules to be..unsettling. But that's just me.

I don't know if its grave digging to post in here again...
but yes it'd make a LOT of sense for you not to get along with ISTJs well, I am a INFJ as well so I understand that totally. We actually share no functions what so ever with ISTJs so our communitation styles are the opposite of theirs.

I have heard that ISFJs and INFJs make a great match sense their communication functions (Fe, Ti) are the same :) idk that I believe in the whole match making thing with myers briggs but I do think communication styles should be shared

Oh yeah I also forgot to mention I figured out my enneagram! I'm a 4wing5 and se/so :)

After recent study and review of Myers Briggs and other personality type indicators, I have found that I am not an ISTP, but actually an ISTJ. I don't think it was a matter of not wanting to admit to the 'J', but rather that I overlooked those aspects when I first took the quiz.

Interesting, I wonder sometimes if I miss typed myself....My N and F percentages are SUPER high but my J and I are very very weak, so I really only know for sure (by the test) that I'm a NF XD but I relate most to INFJ and INFP.

My problem tends to be that my T and J really aren't that strong to the point that someone, including myself, might mistake me as a FP. My I and S are pretty strong though, as I really don't have any qualities of a E or an N at all.

Thanks for the link Maka! I actually saw this test, and originally was shocked by so many questions, so I decided against taking it. Apparently my analyses was wrong on how high my S and J were, but I still ended up as an ISTJ.
