uh wat to read?

hey guys i've alredy read the 1st volume of these mangas and am curious of other good ones and ones i shuld watch out for ummm.....and try to stay off of ashleys "topics ur no longer aloud to talk about to keep peace" dont want any1 gettin in trouble becuz little old me.....

Since the ones that you posted are all fighting manga, you might like King of H***. No sexual nudity that I recall, some swearing, and the finger. Also, the main characters initial job is to escort the souls of the departed to the nether-world, and the main religion is Buddism (sp?).

I rather like it.

I suggest getting into Naruto - I think it is a great series. Volumes 1 and 2 are currently out, so it's easy to get caught up. No nudity, some violence, some swearing.

If you want the best bang for your buck - out of action titles, anyway - you should get a subscription to Shonen Jump.

Nobody else likes dbz but if you like fighting you might like it ( i personally fell in love with it)

Firefighter Diago ( Ok its about a firefighter but its actually pretty cool)
Rave Master Heard its good
Blade of the Immortal ( heard its a violent buty good manga)

You may wish to be aware that Ranma 1/2 does not remain entirely pure (mainly just nudity, but a fair amount of it in certain volumes). If you want someone who knows a great deal more about the series or would have specifics, speak with shooraijin.

ruruni kenshin as far as i know had NO nudity in it. but there is a gay character. Kamatari (he looks like a girl and carries a sythe) yumi and kamatari fight over shishio i believe, and he flashed misao, but i thinnk thats it.

inuasha has nudity. often enough. to often for my taste. and miroku can be a pervert sometimes as far as i know.

if its cultural or just showing how bad ranma is at being a girl i dont mind i'll try some of the ones u guys posted but i dont like dbz on the show becuz evry one sounds like ther constipated like kum umy ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh frrrp lol ithink they shuld make a spoof called dragonball the constipated saga no offense to thos who like it

I think the grunting is just an extension of the yell that martial artists do to force their muscles into a tighter position and to prepare themselves for attack... It's something to distract you from the pain. (but, what do I know, I was only a yellow belt)

DBZ-wise, it is a method of releasing anger. Because most characters' power is directly related to their anger level, being angry is impotant. Hence, it is a way to make yourself angrier.

Plus, there are proven psychological advantages to yelling. Have you ever seen world class weight lifters? They yell. I'm no body builder, but I've done enough to tell you that properly used it does help.

Naruto- If you want an anime with great fights, a great story and AWESOME characters!

Shaman King- Not bad fights, good story, cool characters!

Yu Yu Hakusho: Again, good fights, not-bad story and good characters!

If I remember right, all three of those have about 3 volumes released in America. Or, you could always download manga scans.
