hi! Well I kinda don't know what to say. Umm...first, I'm here 'cause where I live everyone thinks that anime is stuff like Pokemon :?: , so I was searching for a place where I could talk about anime with other people. And now I've found it!
Just so you know, my birth language is french so I'm sorry if there's some stupid mistakes. I just don't wanna go to a french site since Anime's french traduction always sucks.

People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

Good to meet you.
The scientific method," Thomas Henry Huxley once wrote, "is nothing but the normal working of the human mind." That is to say, when the mind is working; that is to say further, when it is engaged in corrrecting its mistakes. Taking this point of view, we may conclude that science is not physics, biology, or chemistry—is not even a "subject"—but a moral imperative drawn from a larger narrative whose purpose is to give perspective, balance, and humility to learning.

Well ... there was this one phrase that my friend and I had in high school. We had played sports together since 6th grade, and on the playing field we instinctively knew where the other was at all times. This made it frustrating for other players that we'd double up on. After a particularly gratifying play, we would both shout our victory phrase - "Je cours comme le vent!!!"

Anyway ... we thought it was amusing.

Cegep's only about a year isn't it? More like college preparation from what one of my friends told me (sort of equivalent to OAC here in Ontario). What are you planning to study eventually?
