I forgot how to do a screen cap. Can someone please remind me?

That depends on what you want to capture. If you just want a picture of your desktop or an internet browser window, you can just press the Print Screen button on your keyboard and then paste the contents of your clipboard into an image editing program (Ctrl + V).

If you want a capture of a video file that your'e playing in some media player, the tricks are different for every program. Some will let you take screencaps (BS player, Windows Media if you know how), and others won't.

VLC also allows Video screencap but I don't know if its out for PC
