Check out howtodrawmanga.com and click on tutorials. Julie Dillon made an excellent tutorial dealing with this. Doesn't tell you how to scan, but I figure you have instructions with your scanner.

People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

Hey!

First off Hi!

Second off, as far as scanning, when you go to PS and click on the File menu, there should be an option called Import. Go there and you should find the model number and such of the scanner you have installed. Click on it and you'll get a scanning window.

If this doesn't happen and PS doesn't recognize your scanner, scan it seprately with whatever software the scanner uses, and save it as a JPG in a folder that easy to find. Then open it up in PS and color or draw away.

Hope this helps out some
God Bless,

Hmmm... sounds to me like he's already scanned it and needs some tips on how to start the coloring process. I would like to know this as well...

Inkhana, I will check out those tutorials. :thumb:
