I just got home from the skatepark, where I had a real blast! I asked this guy what the most important thing was when doing a "drop in", which is where you stand on the back end of your board with wheels over the edge of a slope (in this case like 5 feet higher than the ground), and then lean forward and balance yourself out as you go in at Xtreme speeds! He then went on to offer me lots of advice, demonstrate it, and most importantly, forced me to try until I got it! After I messed it up like 5 times (it's hard because you start off with your board mostly vertical going down and have to banlance it out as the curve levels out), we went to the 2-foot tall drop in, and I made it, so then we did the 3 1/2 footer, and I made so then we went back to the first one and I did it and it was SWEET!
So anyway, I just thought I'd ask how many of you guys like sports, and what are you favorite ones, and how many are true, 100% computer nerds like I'm going to be this winter? (until the skatepark thaws out

Well, I've done all the research and advice getting possible, or so it would seem; I guess I'll get it eventually. When ever it gets depressing that I can't do it, I just think about the fact that all the kids in my neighborhood took a year to learn it 
Yeah, it was an awesome price; I spent over 2 hours shopping to find the best deal on something that wouldn't considered a sluggish kiddie board (have you SEEN the spongebob ones??:forehead: ) Yes, it definitely helps to live in the largest city in the state, when shopping!
