The Fall of Reach (a Halo book)

Postby Inferno » Mon Mar 29, 2004 1:22 pm

Has anyone besides me read this book or any other books in the Halo series? This series is what started the Halo game, or is the game what started the books? Oh well who cares. I love these books, they're great! Bloody action, well written, and pretty much every other good thing that you could think of.

Having read "FoR," and "The Flood" (but not yet the newer novel "First Strike") I can say that I enjoyed Fall of Reach the best. I liked learning about the Halo Universe, and about the origins of Master Chief. Not a bad book, read it if you liked the game.

I've read the fall of reach (which was good), the flood (which i thought sucked) because its just pretty much what was in the game, and am halfway through first strike (which is written by the author of fall of reach, so is better quality agan)

I like all three books, even though The Flood was iffy. I say that they'd better make another Halo book, 'cause in First Strike the Spartans on reach are still alive and then MC rescues them, and they're not mentioned in Halo 2.
