When the enemy fights the hardest

When the enemy fights the hardest:

Every one of us as humans go through some kind of hardship such as depression or the feelings of loneliness. Our mindset (what we feed to ourselves and believe) has an important part of whether we succeed in our daily battles or not. The devil will try everything in his power to keep you from reaching your desired relationship with God. We all fall short at times and sure, and it's easy to get discouraged. No matter how many times you have failed, never let that change the true image of yourself; that you’re the true child of God and that He wants you to live a happy and a fulfilled life.

God tells us that He'll always be with us in times of need to give us strength to get through it. All we have to do is ask and have faith:

Isaiah 40:29-31: “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.â€

James 1
2Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Matthew 11
28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

God will never leave, and He has given us the choice of wether we want to give it to Him or bear it ourselfs....
I used to "Follow" Him because i had to....now i would give everything to follow Him.

I really like your two quotes it really makes a point :thumb:. We can either fight it ourselves or ask for he

Nicely put, I couldn't agree more. The battles we face headon and endure through help us mature as a individual and a child in christ. That is exactly what Satan doesn't want. :P
