Aldnoah.zero ep 6. Pretty enjoyable so far.
Tokyo Ghoul ep 1. Stopping there. Seems way more gory than the manga, which is actually pretty enjoyable minus some swearing.

I remember that vaguely, but I also remember thinking that SPOILER: Highlight text to read: it was meant to show how childish her understanding of the afterlife was: She'd like to become a flower, but of course that's silly. I think Jintan reacted that way to what she said, there. I'm sad that it has been so long since I rewatched it that I can only vaguely remember it. It's a sweet and poignant show, and I probably need to watch it again when I'm in between seasons of new stuff, or sooner, hehe.

Hey is Nisekoi clean? Like no fanservice?
Just gonna stick a couple favorite quotes here.

That's kind of a tough question. To say there's no fan service in the show would be a lie, but this isn't an exploitative, offensive type of show dedicated to fan service with panty shots everywhere here-- this isn't To Lov Ru. That said, there definitely IS fan service, but I may not be the best judge of whether any of the sexual content would bother you enough to pass the show up entirely.

For the examples I can remember, there's a scene where the character Tsugumi gets undressed by the main character Raku, at a time when Raku thought she was a boy, so did it without realizing the implications to get her out of her wet clothes when she was unconscious, presumably so she wouldn't get pneumonia (context is key here, people, he thought she was a boy o_o). There are a few swimsuit episodes here and there, with one in which Tsugumi was sexually harassed and groped by the other girls, in much the same way that Orihime sometimes is in the Bleach anime. There is a hot spring episode with quite a bit of nudity-- mostly covered by steam or towels-- with some more Tsugumi sexual harassment. In many ways it's a typical Shonen Jump "harem" love comedy, though again, shouldn't necessarily be defined by its fan service angle. The online anime retailer rightstuf gives it a +13 rating.

No. That show was actually pretty clean. If you want some more suggestions here are few...

Princess Tutu-It's a magical girl anime with some undetailed, innocent, more silhouetted nudity (just for transformations) and like some very brief mild violence and brief mild language. Vic Mignogna actually does play a minor character in one episode in the dub.

Clannad/Clannad: After Story- Some mild language with a few brief 'moderate' words. Mostly comical violence and no nudity or even fanservice that I can think of.

Tsuritama- The only thing that is in that was in that was some mild language I believe.

Ano Hana-Some mild language, mild suggestive material, themes of reincarnation, and a definite tear-jerker.

Kids on the Slope- Some mild language, some mild fist fights, and brief partial nudity.

Princess Jellyfish- Mild language, some suggestive material, brief partial nudity, and the male lead is a cross dresser (he's straight though).

One Week Friends-The cleanest anime I've ever seen.

Blue Spring Ride-Also very clean. Maybe a few mild swear words and suggestive bits here and there.

Fruits Basket-Frequent mild language, comical violence, suggestive material, deals with themes of reincarnated zodiac spirits, and will make you cry.

All and all, that's all that I can think of right now based on what I've seen. Hope this helps. :)

Thanks, it does! ^^ I actually began watching Kids on the Slope awhile ago, but stopped for no real reason. Sorry I never responded to your question about Laughing Under the Clouds, NekoNinja. So far we've only watched 4 episodes, I think, but it's been very clean. I'll let you know if I find anything I would consider to be objectionable (and trust me, I lean toward the conservative side on these things).

Finished Samurai Champloo - Man, the last couple episodes were so intense. Great show! I'd definitely recommend this for fans of Cowboy Bebop. As a whole I think I like Samurai Champloo better than Cowboy Bebop; however, the storytelling in Bebop was probably better. Some of the episodes of Champloo were a little too predictable. But, overall, it was awesome!

Favorite Character(s): Mugen

Art/Visuals: 8.5/10
Story: 7/10
Characters: 9/10
Enjoyment: 9/10
Overall: 8.5/10

I've also watched up to episode 3 of Air Gear - Sports anime have never really appealed to me, but this show is pretty cool so far.

Anyway, as for me, I'm up to episode 9 of Rahxephon. Pretty much an Evangelion clone but interesting enough.

I recently started watching "High School of the Dead". I like it but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone due to the large amount of fanservice.
I also started watching "The Familar of Zero" and I like that as well.

Finished up Trinity Blood - Let me start off by saying that if the whole show was like the last couple episodes, I'd give it a higher rating. The last few episodes of the show were actually pretty exciting. As a whole, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't all that great either. Allot of the time I found myself bored with the episodic stories and just annoyed with the characters. The animation also wasn't that good. Besides mouth movement, there was little to no animation most of the time. I realize that allot of anime have this problem, but being that the story/characters were boring as it was, this didn't help.

Favorite character(s): Leon Garcia de Asturias, Abel Nightroad,

Art/Visuals: 7/10
Story: 6/10
Characters: 5/10
Enjoyment: 6/10
Overall: 6/10

One a more positive note, I've watched up to episode 16 of Air Gear, which is still awesome, and hilarious.

Been marathoning One Piece to catch up, with the anime at least. On Episode 682, so getting really close. It's a strange feeling, considering I've been behind for so many years. Actually starting to like the recent character Bartolomeo, who, SPOILER: Highlight text to read: despite his vicious description and general vulgarity seems to be something of a lovable rascal, who loves each of the Straw Hats almost as much as me. He gives voice to the slightly annoying fanboy or fangirl in all of us. :D

It has to happen! Or we're all going to die from the suspense!

I've been mildly curious if One Piece was worth watching, but I don't think I want to get involved in something quite that long.

Scratch that, having just watched episode 694, I have now officially caught up in the One Piece anime, with the Toriko crossovers and a few other movies and specials being the only things I haven't seen. This genuinely seems like some kind of accomplishment. I don't know what to feel now.

Does anyone now if Rurouni Kenshin is clean? Like, not too bloody and not too much swearing? '3' (and no nudity or magic-y stuff...) And is the English version any good?

Finished up Air Gear - Man, this should have got a second season! This anime was so awesome, and so much fun to watch. The combination of drama, comedy, and a degree of intensity was brilliantly balanced in this show. I loved the characters - even the minor ones were good. The only character I really didn't like was Simca.

Favorite character(s): Itsuki Minami (Ikki), Kazuma Mikura (Kazu)

Art/Visuals: 8/10 (I'd give the art in the Break the Sky OVA a 9.5/10)
Story: 7/10
Characters: 9/10
Enjoyment: 9.5/10
Overall: 8/10 (I would give it a 9/10, but because the anime SPOILER: Highlight text to read: has such an abrupt ending, its only gonna get an 8. I haven't watched all three OVA episodes yet, but I don't see them rectifying that)

I'm actually compelled to check out the manga now.

Here's what IMDb has to say about the content: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0182629/par ... tt_stry_pg I haven't seen Rurouni Kenshin, but I highly doubt there's anything in there that you would find objectionable.
