No I meant Reddit is a terrible site and only the dead can know peace from its cancerous ways. The internet would be a better place if it was purged from existence.

with the exception of wallchan (which is usually pretty clean) everything I've seen in reddit is nowhere near as bad as the Chan sights

Obviously you haven't been to the wrong (as in Bad) Reddit subreddits. You don't wanna know how far the tunnel goes.


Either way, every site has its downfalls. If you're going to be stuck between the other site and Reddit as your main site, then I'd say go with Reddit. However, just remember there are plenty of bad places on that site so try to stay away from r/all as much as you can, unless you want to see questionable or possibly horrible things.

(Speaking from experience. I have had some misfortunes with that site purity wise.)

Untrue. I have seen the dark depths, and it is just as bad. You really have to go looking for them, but they exist.

Reddit isn't the only place on the internet for those y'know. I mean KYM and Cheezburger exist.

No I'm not I actually browse that subreddit pretty frequently.

I refuse to post anything on it though, comments or otherwise.

Most of the really horrible stuff is either not immediately noticeable or just terrible in ways you might not expect. For example, there was a subreddit called "jailbait" which was dedicated to dirty pictures of underage people. It was on Reddit for a long time, and most people even on Reddit probably didn't know about it. It wasn't until Anderson Cooper did a story on CNN about it that people started to notice, and the response of the mods was maybe we should delete it, but the users cried out about censorship and free speech and said it should stay. The subreddit did finally get deleted but even now most of the mods will openly say they're upset that it was removed and wish they could have it back.

Plus the site's full of Paultards and r/atheist alone is one of the worst things in the world.
