Yes, it's one of those eye test thingies xD Read the test and count how many F's you see ^^ No cheating D=

FINISHED FILES ARE THE
RESULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIFIC
STUDY COMBINED WITH THE
EXPERIENCE OF YEARS

Manged it?
Scroll down only if you have counted them!

OK?
How many?
Three?

Wrong, there are six!
Read again:

FINISHED FILES ARE THE
RESULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIFIC
STUDY COMBINED WITH THE
EXPERIENCE OF YEARS

The reasoning is:
The brain cannot process the word "OF". Incredible?
Anyone who counts all six 'F's on the first go (without cheating of course) is a genius. Three is normal.
I got 5 on my first try. But then again, I've seen a similar test before, so I knew what to expect.
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

I got all six, but like Sheenar, I've seen this test before. XD What I want to know is whether or not it works with lower-case letters, or with hand-written letters. After all, the lowercase f's and e's look very different, while the upper-case F's and E's look really similar. XD

Hmmm, very true :-? Lets see...

Finished files are the
result of years of scientific
study combined with the
experience of years

Maybe, I should have tried it with lowercase to begin with xDDD

Yeah, I lost. Not only could I not count the "F"s, but apparently I was reading something different. >.< Dyslexics Untie!

I can honestly say that I only got three. But, I know the reason for this. I often typo my "of's" as "or's". Therefore, "f" is a letter that is often forgotten by me. 8(

Three... My mother found four and my father three also. But we all enjoyed being beaten so wonderfully. I personally believe it is because of is a bad spelling, the word should be spelt ov.

I only found three as well.

I wonder if Pascal is on to something. Perhaps we don't see the 'f' in of because it doesn't "sound" like an 'f'.

I found 5 at first. I wonder if this would be easier if you didn't know the latin alphabet as well? Then you would have to go slower and might get all of them.

Try this, find all the φ's

φινισηεδ φιλες αρε θε
ρεσυλτ οφ υεαρς οφ σιεντιφικ
στυδι κομβινεδ ωιθ θε
εξπεριενσε οφ υεαρσ.

I found four Fs. I did think "Gotta watch for of". And then I promptly forgot. Par for the course with me. And I did find all six of those Greek characters.

I counted 6 in English, 6 in GREEK.

But only because I've seen a test like this in English, and took a year of GREEK in college. And half a year of Latin in high school, but that's neither here nor there, since those letters are... you know...
