Mother Earth

Mother is dead
We cry in fear
Father killed our mother

Mother is gone
Her blue eyes now haze with poisons
Father you were so careless

Mother is gone
Her brown skin is now nothing but stone
Father you could have saved her

Mother is gone
Her lush green hair has all fallen out
Father you turned your back to her crys

Mother is dead
Her tears flow endlessly, acid, burning us
Father you’ve doomed us all

The King of Urchins

Unwanted, dirty, yet here you are.

You play in maddened gayety.

Broken bottles are your gems,

Rubbish your subjects.

You will be a king until you die.

Smile sweet child,

Smile to the world that will not have you.

They unknowingly pay tribute,

To the urchin king they scorn.
