I personally LOVE Corel Photopaint 10 or Corel Draw 7 but I hear Adobe is super cool too!

I have no idea....I work at school. I'm trying to find the Corel software though for my home pc...no idea where I'd get it but....I'm guessing Corel would be cheaper because my school's cheap. For 3D Images, Corel dreams allright but confusing. I liked Photopaint 10 and Draw 7 I think it was...but there may be newer models...I have no clue...

If you can't buy much, then do try GIMP. It's free. Just have to download it.

Some people prefer Photoshop over GIMP. Remember that Photoshop is expensive (especially the latest ones) so unless you want to dish out some cash don't even think about it. Well, go ahead and think, but you won't get it that easily. Not like there's THAT much difference. They both do graphical works...

I use Flash for outlines (you can get a demo version for free I think) and Paint Shop Pro 6 for colouring. PSP6 is quite cheap now bout £20 ($30 I think) I paid £90 for it when it came out!!! ($120!!)

I only have Paint Shop Pro 7. I'm not into graphics as much as I was a few months ago but I'd still like to figure out what all these options are for 0.o way to many of them for me but it still gets the job done.
"Tell me not, in mournful numbers,
Life is but an empty dream!
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
and things are not what they seem.
Life is real! Life is earnest!
And the grave is not its goal;
Dust thou art; to dust returnest,
Was not spoken of the soul."
