Just curious: was that levity or sarcasm? I'm being serious here...Sonic gets a lifejacket because he can't swim.

(I mean, come on; they mention it several times in the anime. Not so sure about all the games, considering that Sonic has run underwater and all, but still...)

You know, If I were gonna cast Sonic and Mario in one game, I wouldn't choose a Olympics game. (:lol:)
I would have some controversy about Chili Dogs or Spaghetti or something, then they get into a big fight... Like similar to Mortal Kombat.. Without killing. Know what I mean?

I think it was levity. I'm terrible at sarcasm. XD Well, Sonic can't swim, and Mario can't go at Mach 2. Although it seems no one is going to go at Mach 2 in this game, yet.

You know, someone drew a comic about SEGA telling Sonic to slow down for this game, and he started complaining...a LOT XD

One of my childhood dreams was to see a movie based on a game. Then Super Mario Brothers the movie came out.

From the few review coming I'm really feeling iffy about this game. It's apparently very much like Wii Sports except even more simple and short. The game is more of an advertisement for the 08 Olympic games with the appeal of Mario and Sonic then the Earth shattering game that would full-fill my childhood dreams that I was hoping for.

I'll still play it. But sadly it seems like the game play isn't anything spectacular. *long sigh*

The game in itself is sort of fun, but it's lacking the storyline I was really hoping for. Oh well.

What I like as a little bonus is the unlockable music in the gallery. It's not much, but it put a smile on my face (both the Mario AND the Sonic side).

But yeah, they could've done a lot more with this game.
