...well...I suppose I'll have to start it...

Been playing since I was 4, but I took a year off last year, so I'm probably rusty...

I gave up on watching Baseball since the Yankees have pretty much become the M$ of MLB. They win it every year, are uncontested and seemingly pick up the best players without tearing apart their salary cap. I use to play it, not heavily but somewhat--I was never good at it so I just stopped playing altogether. I played for my middle school and was first basemen.

I used to play baseball up until my seventh grade year. The game just stopped being fun on top of that batter's phobia (or something like that) sunk in and couldn't get over it. In MLB I go for the Braves mostly.

While I do not participate in baseball heavily myself, I have a great deal of information stored regarding the subject... mainly because my father is an avid baseball fan. Both of us are number-crunchers by nature, so he loves the fact that baseball is the ultimate sport for statistics.

I played baseball for a couple years, as mainly second or sometimes third base.

I liked it some but haven't really cared to play anymore currently.

I went to a semi-pro game yesterday, and it rekindled my interest in baseball. Running after 5 or more foul balls will do that for you.

Just the feel of a ballpark, the smell, the night air, the glare of the lights, mascot antics...ah...America's pastime...

My father just ordered the complete baseball encyclopedia for this year, so he's in a pretty good mood. Because today is his birthday we're letting him spend as much time watching games as he would like (which is what he is doing now).

ive been playing as long as you have zilch i was short stop for atleast 9 yrs and then since i had such a good arm they had me at catcher for about a yr that really improved my batting avg. then i was pitcher for about half and then i twisted my wrist when i slid and accidently went on my hand so i was 1st base for about 1/4 and then i went back to short and just this yr when there is no baseball i played softball for the church and was 3rd baseman

Hehehe...

Church softball=Nine 45-year-old fogies playing with a really big baseball and enjoying it even though all the 30-minus-year-old people are winning by roughly the same amount as the national debt.

I saw part of my first televised baseball game the year before last and I won tickets to my first live game in June. Dogers won. I want to learn how to play it.

I LOVE baseball!!! Unfortunately, I've never been on any kinda' team...*heavy sigh* But, I might be able to play softball in college!! Woo hoo, what a dream come true!
I can't stand watching baseball on tv. My dad joked about how the games were fixed so I completely lost interest in them. heh.
I'm going to keep my mouth shut about the team my family usually roots for.
