Has anyone seen this? My mom and me both really enjoyed it, it is so funny and Jenniffer Garner does a really good job at acting like a kid. Deffinatlly a movie that both girls and guys will enjoy, even though it looks like a "chic flic". ;)

I didn't really like it... but I've never really liked chick flicks, so I guess it's my fault for going out to see a movie I knew I wasn't necessarily going to like. (But were no other "good" movies out there, and my friend and I really wanted to go!)

It had some good ideals in it, but other than that I thought it was rather cliché, which would have been alright if the movie was funny, but I don't recall laughing once...

I enjoyed the movie with chibi_chan. Sorry, you had to sit through something you didn't enjoy, Kieihana.

Actually, it was cliche, and I don't remember falling over laughing at it, but then I don't think it was meant to be a rip-roaring laugh fest of a movie. It was meant to be a mindless jaunt at the movies with a bit of heart. Sometimes, I don't mind that, especially when I enjoy the time I'm having with the person I went to the movies with. ^_^ *hugs chibi_chan*

If you want to see a good chick flick, though, and one I would highly recommend, it's "Mean Girls." That movie will surprise you in how the truth, although exagerrated for comic relief, is always simmering underneath. Lindsey Lohan actually pulled off a good acting turn of becoming something without realizing it, because of how the girls she hung out with influenced her.

My mom and i, just bought the soundtrack today and it's got really good songs on it. I never knew they had such good songs in the 70's and 80's!
