Karma is the concept of cause and effect. If you do good, good will happen to you. If you do bad, bad will happen to you.
Spider-Man is a good example of karma. He did bad (not stopping a robber), and thus bad happened to him (Uncle Ben dies).
The origin of Daredevil is that he saved a man from being run over (good), but got splashed with radioactive stuff and got blinded (bad). Doesn't fall under the umbrella of karma, unless you consider his being blinded a good thing. Bruce Wayne is the same, since as far as we know he didn't do anything bad to cause his parents to get shot.
That said I'm not sure there are many other superheroes that operate on the concept of karma.
