The Boy Who Won a Trip to Hyrule

Postby SnoringFrog » Mon Dec 18, 2006 6:06 pm

This is an older fan-fic of mine that I recently dug out of an old message board. I thought it was kinda funny so I'm posting it places again. The whoel story was written so that I could have the scene with Pierre yellin gat the sky in Hyrule Field. There are various references to various LoZ games, so I hope you enjoy it.

These things are some hidden things I put in the story, and if you figure out what they are, just say so or something and I'll mention you here.

231(OOT)-
61344(OOT)- (Took me a while to remember this one myself)
12267(All LoZ games)-
Pierre Bonooru(OOT)-

“Hey, Mom, look! If you buy a box of Zeldios, Link Loops, or Lucky Triforces, you could win a trip to Hyrule!

“You could also win if you bought bite-size Unfrosted Mini-Ganon-Wheats,â€

((Sorry about the double-post, it was too long for one post))

As soon as they got home, the boy got out the cereal and ripped open the boxes. In the Zeldios it read, “sorry please try again,â€

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The loach joke, from what I've read, is what actually happens in OOT when you catch it, but I've never been able to do so, so I'm not sure.

ANd yes, bottles are always useful. My friend had to restart noe game because he sold an important one. Lol.

Lol, fun little story! You did a great job weaving the various jokes into the story. It would be nice if at some point you created more of a storyline and lengthened it.

I might try that sometime. I know that I want to rewrite it and make it more up-to-date with what I'm capable, and doing that should give me a good chance to add some depth to it.
