CAA Flyers

Postby Rev. Doc » Thu Aug 07, 2003 7:24 am

I did a search on this topic but did not find any references to it so I just wanted to make a suggestion.

Convention season for many is beginning to wind down. I know that at a lot of cons there is a table set up for club information, website flyers, etc. Has anyone here thought of possibly developing a flyer for CAA perhaps on adobe that can be downloaded and copied by members who will be attending various conventions for distribution? This would be something to start working on now to be available as the new year, and new conventions roll around.

Actually, it's not half bad...not at all bad really. Maybe we can do something with Ink's mech design...?

LOL, jk, jk. I think that's a great idea!

BOOSTER: Hey, No.1! Where's my cake?!
SNIFIT 1: Booster, Sir! There's a 70% chance the object you're standing on is a cake.
BOOSTER: What? THIS thing's a cake?

(in response to an interview question "Do you have a pet peeve having to do with this biz?")
People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

Hey, that is a good idea. We'll have to hash that one out.

Ph33r my inability to do much creatively on the computer.

I would have to leave this up to you younger, more technologically savy folks here. But naturally, I will be more than happy to help getting them to Animazement next year.

Sadly there are idea people, and people who can impliment...how I envy you.
