Well, I don't know about XXXholic, but If I'm not mistaken Tsubasa is just like XXholic, but from a different perspective. The first volume of Tsubasa was pretty darn innocent. I'm not sure why it was rated 13+. I don't remember anything more than a little language.

*Warning* it has some fanservice and minor swears, but nothing too bad
