Night Driving Mix

For me, certain music just sounds better at night, when heard around city lights. So here's the idea: You are about to take a twenty-minute drive and have to listen to a mix CD. What songs would constitute your ideal night driving mix? Let's have a tracklist, and be sure to keep it at around twenty mins give or take. Also, for honesty's sake, list the times of each track.
