CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

What do you men look for in a girl, or you girls look for in a guy? Also, which Anime girl or guy would best suit you? Otherwise, which would you like to date/marry/etc.?


For me, I like girls that are:

Cute
Energetic
Not too tall, not too short...around 5 foot maybe.
Not scared to fight in any sort of combat (Aside from guns, I despise them.)

Someone sort of like Misao from RK. How about you?

Someone in real life, as opposed to online. (Sorry, but I don't believe an online relationship would work very well--even if I can express myself better online than offline.)

for me, making sure she's a living and breathing human. that is all.

doesn't matter when you fall in love anyway. everything goes into a bluh... woah, my computer's bluhhry. maybe it's just my eyes...

1.She must be a strong (or at least serious) Christian.
2.It would help if she liked video games, anime, etc., so that that doesn't get in the way. Similar interests in general would be nice.
3.It has been my experience that having similar views about life (politics, philosophy, etc.) is almost a necessity. There will be enough problems in life, so I don't need to argue with my wife about trivial things. Along these lines, I would prefer that she not be the type of Christian who swears off secular music, fantasy, or other things not expressly prohibited in the bible.
4.Traits: Smart, cheerful, talkative, faithful, and reasonably calm in traumatic situations.
5.She should know how to cook, because I don't.
6.Somewhat competitive, so that when and if we play games, she will not be bored or apathetic.

As for anime girls, I have to say that I wouldn't really like to date/marry any of them, but to give you an idea of what I would like in a real person, I would probably choose Megumi Takane (the female doctor) from Rurouni Kenshin. Is it just me, or does that series have some of the best female (and male) characters?

Yeah I could see this topic being a bit hard for you ]Christian relationship[/U] is so you can grow closer to God together and I can guarantee that 2 Christians that love each other and love the Lord are much stronger the any one Christian.

3.A similar take on life (like cbwing0 said arguing isn't fun I mean its going to happen but the less the better)
4.Likes anime and manga
5.Traits: Happy, Smart, Loyal, and somewhat adventurous
6.Knows how to have a good time (like going to a movie, hiking, restaurants, etc.
7.Enjoy each others company (thats kind of a necessary one lol)
8-10. Everything else I cant think of lol

your 12 well............ here i'll tell wat kinda girl i like:

1. I would like a girl that believes that Jesus is her savior.
2. A girl that is some wat tough.
3. not to tall.(because i'm not very tall )
4. i personally like blondes
5.and a girl that can cook good food.(cause i cant)
6. and a cute girl
7. and similar interest would be sweet!

And besides that all i would like is a girl that is nice, and a good personality, and over a girl that likes the lord above me. (but of course loves me too)

As for Anime Girls I really think if i could marry or date an anime girl i think it would be Faey from coyboy-bebopop.

Well, my friends and I were kind of joking around talking about this, and we've come up with a series of questions that I should "ask myself" about a girl:
Is she cute? Is she smart? Is she funny? Is she down with B.R.? (B.R.=Bad Religion, one of my favorite bands. It's sort of become one of our cliche-type things).

Seriously though,
-I don't like girls who wear makeup, so my ideal girl would be attractive without it.
-We'd go to local Christian (or secular) punk/hardcore shows together
-She'd not be overly talkative
-Shared interests would be nice (video games, music, movies, anime/manga)
-One more thing is age difference. Anything more than three years older or younger and it just seems weird

I dunno, I think I'm to young to be thinking about that sort of thing. I'm lazy too, so I'll just let God decide.

This pretty much sums it up for me:

1. Christian
2. Similar interests
3. A good appreciation for music - ie. doesn't talk about indie bands all day, and someone who can appreciate EDM/electronica. Also, someone who doesn't mind leaving house every now and then to visit clubs / see live music.
4. Around the same age (+- 2 years)
5. Fairly intelligent

2. Looks are a big factor. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be shallow or anything, but still...
3. Funny-ness/Sense of humor

I think all I really look for is someone I feel like I could love and respect well enough to live with for the rest of my life and be grateful for. I'd be really thrilled if he was an even stronger Christian than I am. Then I could feel secure submitting to him and all. I don't think that's really being very picky but I'm not really looking right now. I'm 15 so I have a good while before I'll even think about looking.

Wow...I'm the only one that said swordfighting? Well, most people around here think I'm either crazy or stupid, but hey, it's fun...not like I use real ones, anyway, unless I'm trying to protect or get rid of something (as in a stray dog that kills other animals or something to that effect.) Either way, I didn't say she had to be Christian because I figured that was understood. Heh, as for all of you saying you're too young, I'm 14, and it doesn't make any difference to me. I must say though, most of the girls I've met are too arrogant for my tastes.

Oh, and the Anime girl or guy does not have to be from RK.

Girls? I have not the time for such petty trivalties!
