I picked up the Japanese DS version (includes English translation) a couple of weeks ago. The game was an absolutely amazing conclusion to the Phoenix Wright saga! However, it's really sad to know we may never see some of these great characters again.

Other than this being the best collection of cases so far (3rd is a little slow at the start), I can't say anymore more about the story. I really don't want to spoil anything.

Anyways, as for the localization, it is as great as always and contains a lot of really funny pop-culture references (from 300 to Spoony Bard). However, I counted over 10 typos in the Japanese version I played. For those picking of the North America version, I'm curious to know how many you guys come across.... Hopefully they were all corrected.

Only the fourth game on the DS doesn't include English. Which, actually, a couple of days ago, they released a trailer for the English version:

Speculation is that Europe may actually get "Apollo Justice" before North America. Personally, I'm skeptical. However, if this is true.... looks like I'll end up importing my first European game.

Yeah, I know the feeling Bap, because I had cashed my check to buy it, then I went down to Gamestop and they say sorry dude it doesn't ship till tomorrow. It really ticked me off, of well at least I'll cherish the game more. Hey doesn't the third game have five cases than the second game which had only four?

Oh did you guys also know at Court-Records,(A PW website) held a contest yesterday and five lucky people were awarded, for their hard efforts, a Godot mug each!

But yeah, I picked my game and keychain up today! Im about to play it in a little bit. Oh and Godot is pronounced how its spelled God-ot, nah just kidding its Go-dot.(Well thats how I pronounce it, because I may be wrong, but it does sound better than God-ot.)

Yeah, I happy that there are five cases as well! Because I was a little ticked that the second only had 4.

@ Bap- Yeah its a little different,[SPOILER] probably because of Godot and his dangerous consuming of coffee rate. Amazing how he can drink so much coffee and his bladder not explode, then again he did say he came all the way from hell to take Phoenix on. He says he consumes 17 cups of coffee per trial and he does it too![/SPOILER]

Well, yar, Godot makes the trial awesome, but I meant more like... [spoiler]How your own client tries to prove himself guilty. xDD I was like, thinking throughout the whole thing, "This is way too easy." ...of course the darn client has to get suspected of murder now. D:[/spoiler]

Well, remember he had a reason for trying to do that.

Don't read this unless you've finished through Case 2 entirely!
[SPOILER] It was because larceny is less bad on the sentancing scale than murder is. So he tried to make it seemed as he did steal the urn so he wouldn't be suspected for murder that CEO guy. But Luke jumps on this opportuninty and so at the end of part 1 of Case 2, you think Atmey stole the urn, he did steal the urn just not on that night. So Atmey uses this(Being convicted for grand larceny) as an alibi for him so no one would think he killed the CEO. But Atmey later frames Delite for the murder and thats how the confussion was about. Basically the CEO blackmailed Atmey for blackmailing Delite. Yep I never did a case like this before.[/SPOILER]

Well, since I just got my DS two weeks ago, I just beat the first game a couple of days ago and will probably pick up the second sometime soon. I loved the game thou, and Edgeworth is one of my favorite characters in a video game.
